Shipping fees are calculated based on weight of the merchandise and shipping location. Please be sure to double check your address. If the package is sent out with the incorrect address due to your error and is returned to us you are responsible for the reshipping costs. We generally ship all order via USPS. We have also found that for larger orders, it is cheaper to ship in flat rate boxes. If you would like your order shipped by a different method, just let us know and we would be happy to accommodate your request. You will be notified once your order has shipped and will get provided with tracking numbers if applicable. We are not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen.

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and money orders. Although we do not encourage payment by check, please contact us and arrangements may be made. We wait for check payments to clear the bank before your order is shipped, so keep this in mind when placing your order. We are also currently accepting credit card payment via phone. Orders placed online are generally shipped within 24-72 hours. During busy holiday seasons, our shipping times may be longer, generally 48-96 hours. Custom orders and large wholesale orders may take 2-4 weeks to fill.
A priority rush service is available for an additional $12.00 fee. Priority rush orders are shipped out the same day if the order is placed by 10:00am MST. Orders placed after 10:00am MST will ship the following day. If you need your order shipped the same day during peak holiday seasons, we recommend that you select our priority rush service.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, let us know. We'll do our best to make it right for you. If you received damaged product, please contact us immediately to let us know what happened. We will replace the item free of charge including shipping. Please contact us for authorization for product returns.
Please keep in mind the nature of natural, personal care products, and understand that we cannot accept for exchange items that you have opened or used. We do not accept the return of products because a customer doesn't care for the scent of the product they ordered, and this includes our unscented soaps that have the natural odor of the vegetable oils from which they are made. We currently offer samples and this is a safeguard put in place so that returns can be avoided. Therefore, before ordering in quantity, please take advantage of this ability to purchase sample/guest bars to "test" the product and making sure "this is the product for you/to your liking". We also offer "sniffers", which are scent samples, at no cost to you. Shipping costs are always non-refundable.
Custom orders such as private labels, customized favors, custom scented lotions, etc. are not refundable or returnable. If you are unsure if your item is considered "custom", feel free to ask us.
We hate getting spam and junk mail just like everyone else, so we would never do that to you, we will never sell or share your email address with anyone.
So what do we do with our email addresses? We may from time to time send special offers or coupons to our valued customers or inform you of new products. The key words are from time to time, your inbox will never be inundated with mail from us.
